"Great product and service"
I got the duck head umbrella on Wednesday, and it showed up nicely packaged by Friday. They kept me informed about my order. The quality is fantastic, super sturdy, and totally worth the cost. Big thanks for the awesome service, I highly recommend this. I’ll surely be back to shop on your site again!

"Let Down by the Service"
I made a purchase and chose shipping. After a long wait, I got an email saying my order is set for pick up. I've reached out to the store to figure out why it hasn't been shipped to me, but I've heard nothing back. So here I am, without my order and out the money I spent. Not pleased at all.

Charming small notebook crafted with care and affection.

I admit, it’s on me, but it turned out to be smaller than I imagined, and the cover isn’t as sturdy as I had hoped. I haven’t been feeling great, so I likely skimmed the description too quickly.

Even so, I’m happy I picked it up, even if it’s not exactly what I envisioned.

I got this exquisitely crafted notebook for my husband as a Valentine’s surprise to honor the city where he popped the question. It’s a really special piece that’ll probably be saved as a memento since it’s just too lovely to actually write in.

"Beautifully Designed Embossed Notebook"
This notebook is lovely and has a great embossed design. It arrived well packaged, which I appreciated. However, I expected the cover to be a bit thicker for the price, and there are fewer pages inside than I thought there would be.
